小动物X射线辐照仪Small Animal X-ray Irradiator

两种辐照方式适用于不同的研究方向：Two modes for different research directions:

• 全身辐照（TBI）：适用于骨髓移植、免疫抑制、急性放射病、造血研究等需要全身均匀照射的实验，Whole-body irradiation (TBI): for bone marrow transplant, immunosuppression, acute radiation syndrome, hematopoiesis research, etc. 使用标准动物辐照笼即可，无需额外配件；Standard animal irradiation cage is sufficient, no extra accessories needed.
• 局部辐照：适用于肿瘤局部放疗、肢体照射、脑部照射等需要精准定位照射的实验，Local irradiation: for tumor local radiotherapy, limb irradiation, brain irradiation, etc. 需要选配专用准直器和动物固定装置。Requires optional dedicated collimator and animal fixation device.

RS2000XE 采用自屏蔽设计，设备本身即为全封闭铅屏蔽结构：RS2000XE uses self-shielding design with fully enclosed lead-shielded structure:

• 正常运行时，设备表面的辐射剂量远低于国家规定的公众照射剂量限值；During normal operation, surface radiation dose is far below national public exposure dose limits;
• 一般情况下放置在普通实验室即可使用，不需要专门建造防护室；Can be used in a standard laboratory without a dedicated radiation room;
• 设备安装后建议进行环境辐射水平检测，确保符合相关安全规范。Environmental radiation level inspection recommended after installation.

是否需要麻醉取决于实验类型和要求：Whether anesthesia is needed depends on experiment type:

• 全身辐照（群笼）：小鼠在辐照笼内可自由活动，一般不需要麻醉，Whole-body (group cage): mice can move freely, generally no anesthesia needed; 适用于对动物活动度要求不高的实验；suitable for experiments with low animal mobility requirements.
• 局部精准照射：通常需要麻醉配合固定器使用，确保照射部位精准、动物不移动；Precise local irradiation: usually requires anesthesia with fixator for precise positioning.
• 长时间辐照：建议使用麻醉以减少动物应激和活动幅度。Long-duration irradiation: anesthesia recommended to reduce stress and movement.

RS2000XE 可配合动物麻醉装置使用，设备预留有麻醉管路接口。具体麻醉方案请遵循您所在机构的动物伦理规范。RS2000XE can be used with animal anesthesia device, with reserved anesthesia tubing interface. Follow your institution's animal ethics protocols.

X射线辐照仪与 γ 射线辐照仪（如钴源、铯源）在小动物实验中各有特点：X-ray and γ-ray (cobalt/cesium source) irradiators each have their characteristics:

• 辐射类型：X射线为轫致辐射，能谱连续；γ 射线为核素衰变发射，为单能或少数几种能量；Radiation Type: X-ray is bremsstrahlung with continuous spectrum; γ-ray is nuclear decay emission, single or few energies; 两者在生物效应上基本等效；both are essentially equivalent in biological effects;
• 安全性：X射线设备通电才产生射线，断电即无辐射，日常管理更安全便捷；Safety: X-ray devices produce radiation only when powered on, no radiation when off, safer daily management; γ 源持续发射射线，需要严格的放射源管理；γ sources continuously emit radiation requiring strict management;
• 维护成本：X射线设备无需放射源订购、运输、废源处理等费用；Maintenance Cost: X-ray devices have no source procurement/transport/disposal costs; γ 源存在半衰期衰减，需要定期更换源，成本较高；γ sources have half-life decay requiring periodic replacement at higher cost;
• 剂量率：γ 源剂量率通常较高，X射线设备剂量率可调范围广，可满足不同实验需求。Dose Rate: γ sources typically have higher dose rates; X-ray devices have wider adjustable range for different experiment needs.
