RS2000 标准版适用于各类常规生物学样品，包括：各类细胞系（贴壁/悬浮）、原代细胞、干细胞等；微生物菌液、平板菌落等；以及小型生物样品如斑马鱼胚胎、线虫、果蝇等。样品可放置于培养板、培养皿、离心管等常见容器中。RS2000 Standard is suitable for various routine biological samples, including: various cell lines (adherent/suspension), primary cells, stem cells, etc.; microbial suspensions, plate colonies, etc.; and small biological samples such as zebrafish embryos, nematodes, fruit flies, etc. Samples can be placed in common containers such as culture plates, dishes, and centrifuge tubes.
RS2000 标准版剂量率范围为 0.5~30 Gy/min（参考值，具体视配置而定），支持时间控制与剂量控制双模式。设备配备剂量反馈系统，同时隽恒生物提供年度剂量校准服务，确保设备输出剂量准确。建议每年进行一次剂量校准。RS2000 Standard dose rate range is 0.5-30 Gy/min (reference value, subject to configuration), supporting both time control and dose control dual modes. The equipment is equipped with a dose feedback system, and Junheng Biotech provides annual dose calibration service to ensure accurate dose output. Annual dose calibration is recommended.
RS2000 系列辐照仪采用全封闭铅屏蔽腔体设计，在正常运行条件下，设备外表面辐射剂量水平满足相关国家标准。设备还配备门联锁系统，门未关闭时无法出束；设有紧急停止按钮，一键切断输出；配备出束指示灯和蜂鸣提示。通常可放置于普通实验室，但建议进行环境辐射检测评估。RS2000 series irradiators adopt fully enclosed lead-shielded chamber design. Under normal operating conditions, the external surface radiation dose level meets relevant national standards. The equipment is also equipped with a door interlock system — no beam when door is open; emergency stop button for one-click output cut-off; beam-on indicator light and buzzer alert. It can usually be placed in a normal laboratory, but environmental radiation assessment is recommended.
设备整机质保期为一年，质保期内非人为损坏的故障由隽恒生物负责免费质保。此外：① 可提供年度技术服务协议，包含定期技术回访、优先响应、优惠配件等；② 常用配件常备现货，确保快速响应；③ 提供终身技术支持服务。具体质保条款以合同约定为准。The equipment comes with a one-year whole-machine warranty. During the warranty period, non-human-caused failures are handled via OEM warranty coordinated by Junheng Biotech. In addition: ① Annual technical service agreements are available, including regular inspections, priority response, discounted parts, etc.; ② Common parts are kept in stock for quick response; ③ Lifetime technical support service is provided. Specific warranty terms are subject to contract agreement.
过滤片用于调整X射线的能谱分布（即"硬化"射线），不同材料和厚度的过滤片可滤除不同能量的软X射线，从而改变输出射线的有效能量。选择过滤片需考虑：① 实验所需的有效能量范围；② 样品的深度剂量分布需求；③ 参考相关文献的实验条件。隽恒生物的技术技术顾问可根据您的实验需求提供专业建议。Filters are used to adjust the X-ray energy spectrum distribution (i.e., "harden" the beam). Filters of different materials and thicknesses can filter out soft X-rays of different energies, changing the effective energy of the output beam. Choosing filters requires considering: ① The effective energy range required by the experiment; ② The depth dose distribution needs of the sample; ③ Reference to experimental conditions in relevant literature. Junheng Biotech technical consultants can provide professional advice based on your experimental needs.
日常维护比较简单，主要包括：保持设备表面清洁、定期检查安全联锁功能、按使用手册进行日常点检等。常见易损件/备件包括：X射线管（寿命长，通常数万小时）、冷却风扇、保险丝、门开关等备件。隽恒生物可提供详细的维护手册和常用备件包，用户也可签订年度服务协议由技术顾问定期技术支持。Daily maintenance is relatively simple, mainly including: keeping the equipment surface clean, regularly checking safety interlock functions, and performing daily inspections according to the user manual. Common consumable/spare parts include: X-ray tube (long life, usually tens of thousands of hours), cooling fan, fuse, door switch and other spare parts. Junheng Biotech can provide detailed maintenance manuals and common spare parts kits. Users can also sign annual service agreements for regular remote support by consultants.
